Eligibility

Booking and Payment
Booking: Services must be booked in advance through our website or designated booking platform.
Payment: Payments must be made at the time of booking using accepted methods such as credit card or debit card. All payments are non-refundable except as outlined in this Agreement.
Payment Plans: If applicable, payment plans must be adhered to as scheduled. Failure to comply with the payment schedule may result in suspension or termination of services.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Requests for rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled session may not be accommodated.
Cancellations: No refunds are provided for cancellations. Transfers to another participant may be permitted with prior approval.
User Responsibilities
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate information when booking services and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
Conduct: You agree not to engage in any illegal or harmful activities while using our services.
Intuitive and Coaching Services Disclaimer
The services provided, including spiritual coaching, business alignment coaching, and intuitive readings, are designed for personal development and insight. The information shared, whether through intuitive insights, card readings, or coaching sessions, is not a substitute for professional advice. Clients are encouraged to exercise their own judgment and seek professional guidance where appropriate.

Intellectual Property
All content provided through our services, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and course materials, is owned by Angela Carmen and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of this content is prohibited.

Confidentiality

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations under this Agreement due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately if you breach these Terms. No refunds will be issued for unused services upon termination.
